Two of Australia’s best all-time age group triathletes, Damien Angus and Sam Hume, share their “Triathlon Gold”! Aspects of Physiology, Training techniques, and Psychological approach.

Sam will tell the tale of his 2012 Kona experience. Damien will share insights that come from competing in nearly 20 triathlon seasons.
Paul will give you his “Gold” to keep  you in the best shape for training well and racing fast.
