L 2 Running Night  –  Drills workout x 1/week
3 x 30m run throughs of each of the following:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Straight leg dollies
Cycling Over-stride 3 x 30mPractice of STRONG ARMS technique standing on the spot 6 sec (carry over to Drills)
SPRINTS – no more than 6 sec / 40/50m
