Screening involves a comprehensive assessment of your flexibility, strength and movement patterns. At Physiosports we also discuss your training programs in order to develop a complete picture of what lies ahead.
We then provide you and your coach/es with a report of any areas of risk, together with strategies for training and competition, to ensure that you can compete and perform at your best.
