Bec Thiele

Bec is a PHYSIOTHERAPIST and CLINICAL PILATES INSTRUCTOR who graduated from the University of South Australia. She has experience working in private practice in Adelaide and is excited to be relocating to Melbourne to join the team!

Bec has special interest in Dance Physiotherapy, having spent many years dancing Ballet herself and competing at a state level. She enjoys working with dancers to develop strategies to improve technique and prevent injury. This includes pre-pointe assessments and education.

After many years teaching Ballet, fitness and Barre classes, Bec went on to complete her Clinical Pilates training through the APPI (2016). She enjoys utilising Clinical Pilates in a 1:1 and small group setting as a way to guide rehabilitation for sporting performance and injury prevention. She has particular experience working with pre and post-natal women to provide safe strategies for strength and exercise in the child-bearing year.

Bec is currently undertaking post-graduate study in Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at LaTrobe University.
