Georgina Reed

Physiotherapist

Georgie is a PHYSIOTHERAPIST and CLINICAL PILATES INSTRUCTOR who holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Notre Dame Australia. Georgie’s interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy stems from her years of participating in the Western Australia Institute of Sport Diving program and later competing in state level swimming. Having experienced the benefit of physiotherapy firsthand, Georgie decided this was the ideal career path for her.

Georgie has worked predominantly in private practice clinics across Western Australia and in Melbourne. She has also enjoyed working on an orthopaedic ward in Perth which led to an interest in rehabilitative care for her pre and post-operative patients in the clinic. Georgie is also a certified GLA:D Practitioner for the management of Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis. Her aim is to help people return to their pre-injury function and achieve their goals with the use of manual therapy and functional rehabilitation.

Georgie’s passion for sport has continued and she is currently completing her Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. Additionally, Georgie has enjoyed working with multiple sporting clubs for football, athletics, tennis, netball and cricket ranging from community to national level athletes.
