Julian Rosenstein


Julian is an ACCREDITED PRACTISING DIETITIAN and PERFORMANCE NUTRITIONIST. He holds a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics Practice from Bond University and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in physiology, from the University of Melbourne.

Julian utilises the latest evidence-based nutrition advice and translates it to each individual. He is passionate about supporting clients to develop healthy food habits that are practical, sustainable and tailored to their individual health and performance goals.

Julian currently works as a Dietitian in two large medical clinics where he has accrued a diverse range of experience in medical nutrition therapy, sports nutrition and body composition nutrition. Previously, Julian completed a sports nutrition internship with St. Kilda Football Club and has conducted research on the carbohydrate intakes of female team-sport athletes, and the effectiveness of high-performance foodservice systems at the Gold Coast Suns.

His special interests are sports and performance nutrition, weight loss, cardiovascular health, diabetes and gut health. Julian has undergone additional training as an ISAK anthropometrist and can use skinfold techniques to assess and monitor body composition changes.

He is also fluent in Spanish and is currently available for consultations in-clinic or via Telehealth.
