Anthony Khoo – “Boom or Busted! Cycling nutrition theory uncovered”Anthony is an Honours Student in Nutrition Dietetics and a Member of the Sports Dietetic Team at Monash University Be Active Sleep Eat Facility. His current research includes investigations into carbohydrate gut-training. Recreational cyclist and triathlete of 10 years. Anthony also rides, having completed events from sprint to ironman triathlon as well as twice veteran of Smiling for Smiddy’s 1600km in 8 days Brisbane to Townsville.

Paul Visentini is a Specialist Sports Physiotherapist (awarded 2011), with a sub-speciality in Tendon Injury of the Lower Limb. His High Performance Sport experience has been mainly in the areas of Basketball and Cycling. He is a clinician and educator, being highly involved in the development and teaching of the “Mastering Load” concept, and has a passion for Cycling Injury Management, especially in the area of muscle action and load sharing in the closed kinetic chain.Paul presents and convenes the “Science of Cycling- Injury Management” courses and events, and rides 200-300kms per week.
