Classes will run 7am Mondays for 4 weeks, starting this Monday 16th September and are FREE for any Connors Run participants. Community members are also welcome to join the classes by giving a small donation to the RCD foundation.

This carefully tailored 4-week Running Pilates series is designed to optimise your biomechanics and improve your strength & control in these final weeks before Connor’s Run. You will be taken through a series of different exercises designed to build your gluteal, leg and core strength, with a strict running focus to make it transferable to race day. As a Physiotherapist with a background in Marathon running, Jacqui Gurr will tailor each session to target the key areas for long distance running, adding many variations and challenges to accomodate for all levels. These sessions will not only help to improve your strength and control, but enhance your performance on race day!
Physiosports will also be donating $1 of every consult over the 5 weeks leading up to Connors Run to the RCD Foundation.
