Strength+ is our supervised small-group strength training service, designed to help you build strength safely, progress with confidence, and stay active long term.

Every Strength+ program is built from your physiotherapy assessment and tailored to your body, your injury history, and your goals. This isn’t generic gym training. It’s structured strength work that actually supports your rehab, injury prevention, and performance.

Strength+ is ideal if you’re returning from injury, looking to prevent future setbacks, or want a smarter, more supported way to get stronger.

How Strength+ Works

Before joining a class, all participants complete a one-on-one Strength+ Assessment with one of our physiotherapists.

This allows us to understand your current capacity, medical history, and training goals. Your individual strength program is then created by a physio and reviewed regularly to ensure you’re progressing safely and effectively.

You follow your own program within a small group setting, so you get the benefits of supervision and community without losing individual focus.

Supervised Strength Training

All Strength+ classes are fully supervised in our gym environment.

Sessions are led by qualified Physiotherapists or experienced Personal Trainers, depending on the class. Regardless of who is leading the session, your program remains physio-designed and closely monitored.

Our team provides ongoing feedback, technique correction, load progression, and exercise modification where needed. This ensures you’re training safely, confidently, and with purpose.

What Strength+ Is Used For

Strength+ programs commonly focus on:

  • Rehabilitation and return-to-sport strength
  • Injury prevention and long-term joint health
  • General strength training
  • Bone health
  • Falls and balance

Because programs are individualised, Strength+ is suitable for a wide range of ages, abilities, and training backgrounds.

Physio-Led and PT-Led Classes

  • Strength+ offers both Physio-led and Personal Trainer-led classes within the weekly timetable.
  • Members can choose the session type that best suits them, while still following the same individualised program in a supervised gym setting.

Includes up to 3 supervised classes per week

Important Information

  • All Strength+ classes must be booked online.
  • A 12-hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions.
  • Strength+ sessions do not attract private health rebates.
  • The gym is not available for unsupervised rehab.
  • All rehab and strength training must be completed within Physio appointment or Strength+ class.
