Research has proven the GLA:D® program to be the best management for osteoarthritis.

The GLA:D® program is for anyone who suffers from hip or knee pain due to osteoarthiritis, regardless of severity.

These classes help to reduce pain, increase strength and improve quality of life with osteoarthritis.

SIDE PLANK ON THE REFORMER

The Side Plank on the reformer can be a great way to load up the lateral trunk – just make sure you’ve assessed and are happy with your client’s degree of shoulder control.

Start with isometric holds and then one option is to progress to various leg movements like in the clip.
