T&Cs: Summer Physio Exercise timetable is subject to change at any time. Places are limited to 5 per class. 12 hour cancellation policy applies. Unsupervised classes cannot be claimed through Private Health insurance. All patients must have a current program before purchasing a pass. *Fair play policy applies.
A Physio Exercise Class assessment is necessary before beginning classes to ensure that the physiotherapist is aware of any relevant medical or injury history. This includes a thorough musculoskeletal screening to allow us to target your program to your specific needs. Real Time Ultrasound is sometimes used to assess your core muscle activation and if required to train you on how to engage your core correctly. Your program is then designed and training begins using the Physio equipment.
Personalised sessions with an instructor are available for individuals who feel that they require greater supervision to perform their program correctly.
Physio Exercise Classes are run by a physiotherapist and utilise the trapeze table, reformer, balance boards, fit balls and mat work. Classes run for 60 minutes, and given the need for feedback and supervision, have a maximum of five people per class. Each person in the class is performing their individual program designed by the instructor.
Due to the precise nature of the exercises we require you to perform at least two one-on-one sessions (including your assessment) before entering a class.

A Physio Exercise Class Membership entitles the patient to one permanent class booking each week for the duration of a term (most terms consisting of 12 weeks). Where places are available, you can then also join in on two additional classes per week.
NEW This term we have also introduced unlimited unsupervised classes for members who are confident running through their program without a Physio supervising. Your Physio will need to confirm that this is suitable for you before signing up for any unsupervised classes. You can book your unsupervised classes online.
