Our Strength+ Classes are designed to target individual strength needs for our clients, in a safe, group and social environment. Whether you are returning from an injury or just generally wanting to get stronger for your health and well being, these classes are an ideal space to target these goals.

Strength+ Assessment

  • An individual, 1-1 assessment is required before joining a Strength+ class
  • Each persons program will be set up and reviewed by one of our expert physiotherapists, specifically targeting your wants and needs whilst taking into account your current medical and health circumstances

Supervision

  • The classes will be supervised by a Physiosports Personal Trainer to ensure that there is safety and confidence in all of your exercises
  • Our staff will closely monitoring your progression throughout each class and offering education, advice or exercise modification
Example Programs:
  • Sports specific rehab and injury management with return to sport goals
  • General strength training
  • Falls and balance
  • Bone health

As these are individual programs, whatever your current strength and fitness levels, these classes are appropriate for everyone. 

Classes Times

45 min classes
Monday,  Wednesday,  Friday – 6.30am and 7.15 am
Saturday –  6.30am, 7.15am and 8am
