Exploring patients’ narratives of health professional communication skills

Do you have any stories to tell about your communication with a healthcare professional? One of our physiotherapist’s, Charlotte Denniston, is doing her PhD at Monash University investigating the development of communication skills in undergraduate health professionals.  She wants to hear from the general public as consumers of healthcare about their experiences of health professional communication skills.
