Al Rubins

Al is a PHYSIOTHERAPIST who graduated with honours from Monash University having previously decided that commerce wasn’t for him.

His passion for physical activity and sport is reflected in his own life, having competed at the u21 Lacrosse World Cup in 2022 and eyeing an Olympic berth in 2028.

He has gained elite sport experience having completed an internship at Collingwood Football Club where he worked with the men’s AFL team.

These experiences in sport and rehabilitation, particularly his own ACL injury, have developed into a keen interest to help others return to their goals.

Outside of the clinic and lacrosse field, Al is a poor golfer, avid reader, and Hawthorn supporter.
