Pelvic Health @ Physiosports is a specialist service for the Bayside community to help address any challenges with pelvic health and ensure they don’t get in the way of you achieving your goals – regardless of age or stage of life.

The Pelvic Floor refers to a group of muscles deep in the pelvis that are a key part of your “core” – important for good performance and function in day-to-day activities and all sports. These muscles also play an important role in bladder and bowel control and emptying, pelvic organ support, and good sexual function.

Pelvic Health physiotherapists have post-graduate training in assessing and treating the pelvic floor and pelvic health conditions. Pelvic health issues are common, including among active people.
