At Physiosports Brighton, our Physio Exercise Classes are designed to help you move better, get stronger, and stay injury-free. These classes are led by trained physiotherapists who use simple Pilates moves to build your core strength, improve flexibility, and fix your posture. Each class is made just for you, based on what your body needs.

Our Physio Exercise Classes will continue to run over the December 2025 – January 2026 holiday period, with only minor disruptions. Most of our regular Physio Exercise physios are working through Xmas / NY period!

Before you start, we’ll do a simple check-up to learn about any past injuries or pain you might have. This helps us make a plan that’s right for you.
If you feel like you need extra help, you can book a one-on-one session with one of our physiotherapists. They’ll guide you step-by-step through your exercises.
Our classes are small, with a maximum of five people, so you get lots of personal attention. Each session is 50-55 minutes, and everyone follows a program made just for them. We use different equipment like reformers, trapeze table, and exercise balls to keep things interesting and effective.
To join a group class, you’ll first need to complete at least one one-on-one session. This allows us to ensure you’re performing the exercises safely and correctly, setting you up for success.

For those who’ve completed their supervised Physio Exercise program and have been given the all-clear to train independently, our Unsupervised Sessions are the perfect way to keep your progress going. These sessions give you flexible access to our gym space so you can continue your tailored exercise program at your own pace, with the confidence that your plan has been designed and reviewed by our physio team. It’s a great way to maintain strength, mobility, and consistency between supervised sessions — or to fit in an extra workout when it suits your schedule.
