Specialist care for active feet and lower limbs. For Athletes, Runners & Active Individuals

Foot or lower limb pain doesn’t just slow you down—it can stop you from doing what you love. Whether you’re an elite athlete, weekend warrior, or simply someone who values staying active, our sports podiatry team at Physiosports Brighton is here to support your performance, prevent injury, and keep you moving well.

Your feet and legs do more than carry you—they absorb impact, stabilise your movement, and enable peak performance. When things go wrong, you don’t just need a general solution—you need targeted, expert care.

A Smarter Approach to Recovery & Performance

We go beyond temporary fixes. Our podiatrists take a holistic approach to address the root cause of your issue—not just the symptoms.

Our Unique Expertise: Meet John Osborne

At Physiosports Brighton, we are proud to offer more than just general sports podiatry. We are fortunate to have John Osborne, one of only two, certified Sports/Biomechanics Credentialled Podiatrists in Victoria, as part of our team.

This advanced credential is awarded by the Australian Podiatry Association to practitioners who have demonstrated exceptional clinical skills, leadership, and expertise in sports and biomechanics through rigorous assessment and examination.

All of our podiatrists have also been provided extra endorsements to understand and prescribe medicines as well as capacity to refer for imaging if and when required.
